GERALDINE "GERI" T.
HANSON, 76, of Cedar Falls died Tuesday, February 2, 2005 at Allen Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, Iowa. She was born May 8, 1928, at Scarville, Iowa, the daughter of Lauris and Marie (Peterson) Albertson. She married Clayton C. Hanson, February 25, 1951, at Scarville, Iowa. Geri worked for Viking Pump as a bookkeeper and then later went to work at Midway Bank as a teller and bookkeeper, retiring in 1970.
She is survived by her husband, Clayton of Cedar Falls, Iowa; one son, Bill Hanson of Cedar Falls, Iowa; two daughters, Casey (John) Reynolds and Christa Hanson both of Cedar Falls, Iowa; two grandchildren, Brooke and Jackson Reynolds of Cedar Falls, Iowa; one brother, Leon (Betty) Albertson of Westminster, Colorado and one sister, LaVaun Houge of Albert Lee, Minnesota.
Geri was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services were 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 5, 2005, at Nazareth Lutheran Church with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Labyrinth (Prayer Walk) at Nazareth Lutheran Church.
