GARY LEE PASHBY, 64, died Friday, February 23, 2007, at his home in Cedar Falls. He was born November 24, 1942, in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the son of Douglas and Betty (Fulbright) Pashby. He married Frances Tiedy August 1, 1964 in Westchester, California. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Gary worked for John Deere & Co for thirty years, retiring in 1997.
He is survived by his wife, Frances, of Cedar Falls and one daughter, Monique Johnson, of Cedar Falls; two grandchildren, Tucker and Trevor Johnson; one brother Jim Pashby; and three sisters, Susan (Monte) Harris of Kesley, Iowa, DeAnne DeHaven of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Debra (Tim) Larkin of Traer, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The body was cremated and there will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
