FRANK ALLEN BEARD, was born April 21, 1959 in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Clarence L. and Allene (Hamilton) Beard. He worked for ABC Mini Storage Company in Waterloo for many years. Frank was also a handyman and was working at Northland Products Company in Waterloo. He died Friday, June 13, 2003, at his home in Waterloo, at 44 years of age.
Frank is survived by his sister, Carol Pieper and her husband Steve, of Eldridge, Iowa; his two brothers, Tom Beard and his wife Sandy, of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin and James Beard of Waterloo; and a faithful companion, his dog "Dax".
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Patricia Babcock.
Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with interment at Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be 5 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family.
