FRANCES J. CROUTER,
77, died Friday, October 29, 2004, at the Western Home Communities Elizabeth Martin Health Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She was born May 1, 1927 in Cedar Falls. Frances received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from Iowa State Teachers College (UNI). She was a biology instructor in several western states and taught for a short time in the Teaching Dept. at The University of Northern Iowa. Frances was a founder of the local Neighborhood Watch program.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Vie Ufford.
There will be no visitation or services. Her body was deeded to The University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.
