EVELYN A. JENSEN
was born September 25, 1908 in Forest City, Iowa, the daughter of Lewis and Anna (Levison) Tang. She married Paul Jensen on April 16, 1927, and he preceded her in death on January 16, 1986. Evelyn has been a resident of the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home for the past eighteen years. She died Saturday, December 31, 2005, at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home, at the age of 97 years.
Evelyn is survived by one son, Rodney (Mavis) Jensen, of Cedar Falls, Iowa and one daughter, Sharon Juhl, of Winter Springs, Florida; four grandchildren, Kris (Todd) Rhoades of La Crescent, Minnesota, Tracie (Bert) Cantu of New Hartford, Iowa, Paula (Gary) McCord of Rockville, Maryland and Penny (Mark) Dolan of Winter Springs, Florida, and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, husband and one grandson, Ricky Juhl.
Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 3, 2006, at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home Chapel. Burial will be Tuesday, January 4, 2006, at Oakland Cemetery, Forest City, Iowa. Memorial may be directed to the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.
