Evelyn A. Ehlers

Evelyn A. Ehlers, 95, of Cedar Falls, died at home on Tuesday, February 15, 2022.  She was born December 1, 1926 in North English, Iowa, the daughter of Casper and Laura (Chapman) Van Fleet.  Evelyn married Paul Ehlers on January 20, 1948 in Nashua, Iowa.  He preceded her in death on February 28, 2015.  Evelyn was a graduate of Northern University High School in Cedar Falls and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Marcia) Ehlers and Wayne Ehlers, both of Cedar Falls, and Susan (Dale) Potts of Janesville, Minnesota; seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents and husband; a son, Larry Ehlers, and a brother, Joseph Van Fleet.
