Eula Johnson

Eula L. Johnson, 85, of Waterloo, died Friday, June 3, 2016, at the Western Home Communities Elizabeth Martin Health Center in Cedar Falls. Eula was born December 14, 1930 in Terril, Iowa, the daughter of Howard & Nellie (Kelly) Williamson. She married Melvin P. Johnson on August 11, 1950 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. He preceded her in death on July 18, 1988. Eula was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Barb (Dennis) Daniels, of Waterloo; four sons, Dale (Susan) Johnson of Cedar Falls, Dennis (Judy) Johnson of Claremont, Minnesota, Dean Johnson of Cedar Falls and Vernon Douglas (Susan) Johnson of Owatonna, Minnesota; 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; four brothers, Jerry Williamson, Jim (Joyce) Williamson, Bill (Debbie) Williamson and Rick (Julie) Williamson, all of Cedar Falls, and three sisters, Rosa Aschenbrenner of Cedar Falls, Betty Eastman of Waterloo and Rita Nielsen of Cedar Falls.

Eula was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Harold and Earl Williamson and a sister, Donna Williamson.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
