Doug Turnage

Doug Turnage, 54, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, December 13, 2010, after an accident on I-80 near Cozad, Nebraska.  He was born May 2, 1956 in Blackwell, Oklahoma, the son of Nolen & Jacqueline (Schroeger) Turnage.  He married Diana Davis at First Lutheran Church In Waterloo on July 2, 1977.  Doug was a graduate of Cedar Falls High School.  He was a professional owner/operator.

Survivors include his wife, Diana, of Cedar Falls, and son, Jake, of Waterloo; one brother, Nolen (Judi) Turnage, of Anthem, Arizona; two sisters, Linda (Steven) Smith, of Cedar Falls and Jackie (Kevin) Berggren, of Cedar Falls.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Justin Turnage.

Services will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2010, at St. John Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls, with inurnment at Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery, at a later date.
