DONALD RUSSELL HUNDLEY was born August 22, 1925 at Cedar Falls, Iowa the son of Russel & Anna (Jenkins) Hundley. He married Betty Jean Mulford August 12, 1950 in Cedar Falls. She preceded him in death on January 26, 1997. Donald retired as a supervisor with Waterloo Industries in 1985. He died Friday, June 6, 2003 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa at the age of 77 years.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis (Mary) Hundley of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Steven (Debbie) Hundley of Barron, Wisconsin; three daughters, Sandy (Jim) McBride and Judy (Earl) Van Sickle both of Cedar Falls, and Jody (Vince Hoffman) Hundley of Gladstone, Missouri; eight grandchildren, one great granddaughter; and three sisters, Beverly (Louis) Boeck of Janesville, Iowa, Alice (Eugene) Wilson of Waterloo and Dixie Hundley of Cedar Falls.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and one sister, Joan Randall.
Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2003 at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Memorials may be directed to the Cedar Falls Historical Society.
