Diane Sanders

Diane Sanders, 67, of Evansdale, Iowa, died Sunday, March 26, 2017 at NewAldaya Lifescapes in Cedar Falls. She was born June 9, 1949 at Emmetsburg, Iowa, the daughter of Steve Junge and Hazel (John) Meyers. Diane had a great love for flowers, gardening and birds.

Diane is survived by one son, John (Jessica) Sanders of Waterloo and one daughter, Tonya Bodecker of Nashua; nine grandchildren, Beau (Courtney) Martin, Ben (Tricia) Martin, Brennen Martin, Braydan Martin, Sofia Sanders, Tyler Sanders, Brody Sanders, Nick Gray, and Olivia Gray; two great grandchildren; one brother, Gary (Sue) Reeves of Stewartville, MN, and one sister, Trina Hilbert of Middleburg, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Brody Sanders and a special friend, Russ Bodecker.

Celebration of Life service will be 12:00 Noon, Friday, March 31, 2017 at the Evansdale AMVETS Post # 31. Memories may be placed in memory jars, Friday at the Evansdale AMVETS. Condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, Cedar Falls is assisting the family.
