Dawn M Frisch

Dawn Marie Frisch, 51, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at her home.  She was born June 25, 1959 in Cedar Falls, the daughter of Robert D. and Jean H. (Weers) Albert.  Dawn married Russ Frisch on July 30, 1977 in Cedar Falls.  She was a graduate of Cedar Falls High School and worked at the University of Northern Iowa for twenty-seven years, retiring as the Building Service Coordinator in 2009.  Dawn also volunteered at the Raymond Fire Department.

Survivors include her husband, Russ Frisch, of Waterloo; a daughter, Amber (Josh) Foster, of Dunkerton; a son, Nathan Frisch, of Anthony, New Mexico; her mother, Jean Albert, of Clarksville; four brothers, Robert (Teresa) Albert of Cedar Falls, Chuck (Roberta) Albert of Clarksville, Tony Albert of Waverly, Brian (Sandy) Albert of Cedar Falls, and her mother-in-law, Loreen Frisch, of Cedar Falls.

Dawn was preceded in death by her father and father-in-law, Richard Frisch.

Services will be 11:00 am Saturday, July 31, 2010, at the Cedar Falls Gospel Hall, with inurnment at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo, at a later date.  Visitation will be 5—8:00 pm Friday, July 30, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, and one hour before service at the gospel hall.  A memorial fund will be established at a later date.  Online condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com .
