Daniel F Secor

Daniel F. Secor, 45, of Waterloo, died Monday, October 12, 2009, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo, from complications of diabetes. Dan was born October 3, 1964 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the son of William & Hermina (Ploeger) Secor. He was a graduate of Cedar Falls High School and was employed at Kent Feeds for many years.

Survivors include three brothers, Scott (Holly) Secor of Cedar Falls, Tom (Barb) Secor of Marion, Iowa, Kevin Secor of Cedar Falls, and a sister, Jodi Secor of Waterloo.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Bryce Secor.

A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army, 89 Franklin St., Waterloo, Iowa 50703. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home assisted the family.
