Chukwuebuka "Chuks" Asota, 19, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, February 2, 2008, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City. He was born August 17, 1988 in Nkwerre, Nigeria, the son of Celestine and Eugenia (Nwosu) Asota. Chuks was a student at Cedar Falls High School and would be graduating with the class of 2008.
Survivors include his parents, Celestine and Eugenia Asota, of Cedar Falls; two brothers, Obumneme Asota of San Jose, California and Oguguo Asota of Cedar Falls, and one sister, Ijeoma Asota, of Atlanta, Georgia.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, February 9, 2008, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with interment at Fairview Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be 5—8:00 pm Friday, February 8, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family.
