Charles C. Cosby, 52, of Waterloo, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Friday, August 29, 2014, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. Charles was born May 6, 1962, in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the son of Hilmer "Pete" & Elaine (Stegge) Cosby. He graduated from Cedar Falls High School. Survivors include his mother, Elaine Cosby, of Klamath Falls, Oregon and two sisters, Cynthia (Dan) Brown, of Cedar Falls and Elaine (Neil) Anderson, of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Private services are being planned. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home.
