Bonnie Anderson

Bonnie Anderson, 92, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at NewAldaya Lifescapes, in Cedar Falls. Bonnie was born August 24, 1924 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Samuel and Hilga (Nystrom) Sorem. She married Oliver Anderson on December 27, 1957 in Minneapolis. He preceded her in death October 26, 1975. Bonnie attended both Augsburg College and Gustavus-Adolpus college and was Lutheran Mutual Insurance Agent.

Survivors include two sons, Mark Anderson and James Anderson, both of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Carol (Keith) Young of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Nancy (Terry) Arnold of Charlotte, North Carolina; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a granddaughter, Emily Horton.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 12, 2016, at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
