Betty J. Miller

Betty J. Miller, 92, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Western Home Communities Elizabeth Martin Health Care Center. Betty was born November 30, 1924 in Trenton, Missouri, the daughter of Harry & Bess (Lampe) Davis. She married Claude Miller June 4, 1943 in Trenton. He preceded her in death May 19, 2010. Betty was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker.

Survivors include three daughters, Judith "Judy" Ann Sanderson of Elk Run Heights, Iowa, Janelle Anne (Jerry) Madison of Estherville, Iowa and Nancy Carol (Michael) Hards of Brisbane, Australia; three grandchildren, Christopher James (Sue) Hyde, Gregory Allen (Cindy) Cooper and Michelle Ann (Jeff) Lane; nine great grandchildren and fifteen great great grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and husband, her son-in-law, Franklin "Woody" Sanderson and her brother, J. T. Davis.

Private family services will be held at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery in Mason City, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice. Condolences may be left at www.DahlFuneralHome.com.
