Beautrice A Lehman

Beautrice A. Lehman, 82, died Friday, September 29, 2006 at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home. She was born April 16, 1924 at Parkersburg, Iowa the daughter of Ben and Grace (Hinders) Cordes. She married Wilbur Grill Sept. 24, 1942 and he preceded her in death May 13, 1976. She married Gordon Lehman May 18, 1982 in Cedar Falls and he preceded her in death March 20, 2000.

Beautrice is survived by two daughters, Sandra (Doug) Marston of Deer River, Minnesota and Judith Anderson of Cedar Falls, Iowa; three step daughters, Susan (Greg) Strottman of Sumner, Iowa, Nancy (Don) Stewart of Aplington, Iowa and Peggy (Marv) Hartema of Cedar Falls, Iowa; two step son, Jim (Joan) Lehman and David (Bonnie) Lehman both of Shell Rock, Iowa; twenty one grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; two step brothers, Ben (Bev) Cordes of Alta Vista, Iowa, and Chris (Shirley) Cordes of Lake View, Arkansas; three step sisters, Marlys (Clifford) Kutzbach of Alta Vista, Iowa, Darlys (Bob) Roethler of Orchard, Iowa and Betty Jean.

Beautrice was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, one brother, Robert Cordes, one son in law, Mike Anderson, one daughter in law, Bernie Lehman and one step brother Kenneth Floyd.

Funeral services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. October 2, 2006 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Garden of Memories, Waterloo, Iowa. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, October 1, 2006 at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or Cedar Valley Hospice.
