Audrey Andorf

Audrey Alice Andorf, 77, of Hudson, died Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo. She was born September 18, 1936 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Stewart and Alice (Thompson) Patten. Audrey married Larry Andorf March 18, 1956 in Hudson, Iowa. She graduated from East High School in Waterloo in 1954. Before her retirement she managed apartments. She is survived by her husband, Larry Andorf, of Hudson, Iowa; three daughters, Debra J. (David) Boike, of Fayette, Iowa, Teri J. (Jerry) Fruchtenicht, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Sandra R. (Jeff) Olson, of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, and one son, Scott A. Andorf, of Hudson, Iowa; eleven grandchildren, Dustin Boike, DyAnna (Kris) McGrane, Becky (Brandon) Kriesch, Andrew (Lindsey) Olson, Cari (Abby) Dufel, Tyna (Bryce) Bentley, Chelsi (Travis) Andorf, Anna Andorf, Kati Lindeland, Sara (Ian) Wrage, and Joe (Alyssa) Fruchtenicht; ten great grandchildren, Keagan McGrane, Kiptyn McGrane, Kaitlyn Kriesch, Syriana Olson, Zaidyn Olson, Brynlie Olson, Treyton Ingles, Averye Bentley, Emma Lindeland, and Will Lindeland. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial in Washington Chapel Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2014 at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home and one hour before services Saturday.
