ANNA JOLENE
NOVAK was born December 4, 1998 at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa the daughter of Mike and Roxanne (Ackerman) Novak. She attended Valley Park Day Care Center in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Anna died Tuesday, April 27, 1999 at her home at the age of four months, twenty-three days.
Survivors include her parents, her brother, Robert at home, paternal grandparents, Ed & Agnes Novak of Elma, Iowa and her maternal grandparents, Ivan & Katherine Jolene Ackerman of Clarksville, Iowa. Anna was preceded in death by her great grandparents.
Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 30, 1999 at St. John Lutheran Church with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. A memorial fund will be established.
